These are boards that you would see in any old world Butcher Shop. They are heavy, solid and built to last a lifetime. Maple, Walnut and Cherry are the woods of choice here as they are tight grained, kind to your knives and have natural antimicrobial properties. There are 2 sizes available and both are 2" thick.
